    We build your site

    A design of your choice, your menu, your photos and your opening hours. On your own domain, or on your-restaurant.monkeyscook.fr.

  2. 02

    Your customers order

    They pay by card online or in cash at the counter. They get a text message and an email to follow their order.

    You cook, they pick up

    Orders arrive live on your dashboard. Your card sales are paid out to you every 2 weeks.

The commission applies to every order placed on your site, paid by card or in cash. Card payment bank fees (Stripe) are paid by the restaurant.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to commit?

Not with the no-commitment plan: no subscription, you only pay the commission on your orders. The monthly and annual plans lower the commission in exchange for a subscription.

When do I get the money from card orders?

Every 2 weeks, by bank transfer to your account, commission deducted. You have no Stripe account to manage: your bank details are enough.

What about orders paid in cash?

You keep the money at the counter. The commission on those orders is simply deducted from your next payout.

Do you deliver?

No: Monkey's Cook is made for click & collect. The customer orders online and picks up the order at the counter.

I already have a domain name, can I use it?

Yes, we connect it to your site. If you don't have one, your site is available on your-restaurant.monkeyscook.fr.
